THE SHORT ANSWER

The official FAQ says Dragonkind codes are delivered in batches and recommends checking spam. A delayed message does not by itself mean your account is broken. Start with the official game and verify the email address you entered.

Start with the inbox you actually used

Check the address on your sign-in request for a typo, then look in that same mailbox. Search its inbox and filtered folders for the game name. If you use several email accounts, make sure you have not opened a different inbox from the one you entered.

These are general email troubleshooting steps, not a promise of a delivery time. We have not measured the queue, and there is no verified minute-by-minute estimate here. Allow the service time to respond rather than interpreting an immediate absence as a definitive failure.

Keep requests and messages in order

If several messages eventually arrive, compare their timestamps and follow the instructions in the official sign-in flow. Avoid mixing an older message with a new request without checking the context. Do not assume that a prelaunch reminder is the same thing as a current sign-in message.

The launch discussion contains reports of missing messages, rejected codes, and slow pages. Those reports show that players encountered problems; they do not establish a single cause for every later sign-in issue. An old discussion is not a live service-status page.

Check the session separately

If a message arrives but the page fails, write down the visible error. Delivery and page loading are separate stages, so solving one does not necessarily explain the other. The game’s privacy notice says that blocking cookies may prevent some features from functioning.

  • Use the official game address when entering a code.
  • Check whether browser settings are blocking the site’s required session behavior.
  • Keep the error text and approximate time for a useful support description.
  • Remove your email address and code before sharing any screenshot publicly.

What this companion can do

This guide can organize the checks and point you to official information. It cannot inspect the delivery queue, validate a code, access your account, or restore a session. Do not submit a code to a fan-site form or a public discussion hoping that another player can activate it.

If the problem persists, use contact information provided by the official site. Describe what happened at each stage: request submitted, email received or missing, then the exact page response. That sequence is more useful than a message saying only that the game does not work.

Questions along the way

How quickly should the code arrive?+

The official guidance does not give a fixed delivery time. Check filtered mail and allow for delayed delivery.

Can Ember Ledger resend or check my code?+

No. Account access is handled by the official Dragonkind service. Keep your sign-in code private.
